Canada Students Protest: In Canada, there has been strong opposition to deporting students on study visas after they were found to have forged documents. The students who were cheated by the agents have put up a strong front at the Canada Border Service Agency Airport Road Mississauga. The students have started their protest there by pitching tents under the open sky.

Thousands of students have gathered in Mississauga and are demanding that the Canadian government reverse its decision to deport more than 700 students. Students who have reached Canadian soil and have been duped by agents in India, should be adjusted in Canadian educational institutions.

Punjabi student Lovepreet Singh went to Canada through Brijesh Mishra, a fraud agent from Jalandhar. But later, after his university documents were found to be forged, he was served a deportation notice by the Canadian government. Lovepreet is originally from Mohali and is also on sit-in in Mississauga and is scheduled to be deported to India on June 13.

Like Lovepreet, Karamjit Kaur, a resident of Faridkot, was also to be deported from Canada on May 30. But for now the deportation of Karamjit Kaur has been stopped. Karamjit Kaur had resorted to law there. On which the court stopped Karamjit’s deportation and said that deporting Karamjit in such circumstances would be tantamount to compromising his security.
