Punjab Police has arrested the killer of DSP Dalbir Singh. DGP Gaurav Yadav has expressed this in a tweet. He said that within 2 days the mystery of the blind murder was solved and the killer was arrested.
It is being told that the killer is an auto driver in whose auto he was going to DSP. The accused has been identified as Vijay Kumar, a resident of Pratappura village of Sadar Jamsher police station near Lambra.
