Sangrur police have arrested 3 miscreants. The miscreants were to kill a person in Mansa. All the four gangsters are in touch with Canada-based Sukhwinder Singh alias Sukha. The accused carry out the incidents of extortion at the behest of Sukha.

The accused has been identified as Kulwinder Kinda. Kinda is absconding in three cases and 7-8 cases are registered in different police stations. The name of the other accused is being told as Jeevan.
