Punjab Government released grant for Punjab University

After giving permission to build a hostel at Chandigarh, a grant has been issued by the Punjab government. This information has been given by tweet by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

CM Mann wrote in a tweet – We are continuously working for Punjab University Chandigarh. In the past, permission was given to build hostels for girls and boys at the university and I myself went to the spot and inspected it.

Now I have released Rs.23 crores for girls hotel and Rs.25.91 crores for boys hostel… Will build excellent hostels at university. Punjab University Chandigarh is our heritage which we are committed to safeguard.
