Patiala Police has got great success. The police has busted an inter-state gang. Its information has been shared by Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav himself. This information has been given by tweeting. He said that five criminals have been arrested from Rajpura highway.
More than 20 criminal cases under Sections 307, 395, 392, 382, 379 IPC and Arms Act have been registered against these accused in New Delhi. A vehicle, 3 pistols and 20 cartridges have been recovered from the accused.
They said that they were in the mood to carry out major incidents. The plan of this gang was to carry out sensational incidents in Ludhiana and Jalandhar. A case under section 382, 399, 473 IPC and 25(6) Arms Act Amendment has been registered against the accused in Rajpura. He said that the Punjab Police is fully committed to crack down on organized crime nexus as per the guidelines of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
