Grated Pumpkin – 2 cups
Curd – 1.5 cup
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1-2
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Pumpkin Raita Recipe
To make Pumpkin Raita full of flavor, first cut the pumpkin and after removing the thick skin on top of it, grate it. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add grated pumpkin and a little salt to it and mix with the help of a spoon. After this let the pumpkin cook for 3-4 minutes. During this, with the help of a spoon keep stirring the pumpkin in between. After the pumpkin is cooked, turn off the gas and take it out in a bowl.

Now put di in a big mixing bowl and churn it well with the help of a churner. When the curd becomes smooth and thin, add red chili powder, cumin powder, finely chopped green chilies, green coriander and salt as per taste and mix well.
