Ingredients to make Banana Pudding
Ripe bananas – 3-4
Rava (semolina) – 1 cup
Milk water mixture – 3 cups
Saffron – 1 pinch
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Cashews – 8-10
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 cup

Banana Pudding Recipe
To make a tasty banana pudding, first take out the banana peels and cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl and mash them well. Now keep them aside. After this, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, add cashews and raisins and fry them. When the cashews turn light brown, add rava (semolina) to the pan and fry while stirring until the color of the rava turns golden brown.

Now take a big bowl and mix milk and water in it. Mix saffron, cardamom powder and sugar in it and mix it well. Then put mashed bananas in the bowl. Now take another pan, pour this mixture into it and cook on medium heat. After cooking for some time, the milk-banana mixture will start boiling, after that add roasted rava to it and mix it well with the help of a big spoon.
