Harbhajan Singh ETO said that now PSPCL. Consumer PSPCL can also register their complaint by giving a missed call on the toll free number 1800-180-1512 or by sending a WhatsApp message on 9646101912. He said that apart from these phone numbers, consumers can also register their complaints through SMS or phone call through phone number 1912.
