A car fell in the Rara Sahib Canal in Ludhiana. It is being told that the speed of the car driver was fast, due to which this accident took place. There was a woman and a man in the car. Due to high speed, the driver could not control the car. Due to which the car jumped in the air and fell into the canal.

According to the information, the woman and the man in the car started drowning in the water. On hearing the noise, people gathered on the spot. Bystanders pulled out both the drowning men. After which the people present at the spot informed the police officers and the ambulance. Both were immediately given first aid and sent to Civil Hospital. The passers-by said that both of them could be saved only due to low water in the canal.

The name of the injured youth in this accident is being told as Dharamveer. Dharamveer is a resident of village Khatra. The woman sitting next to him in the car is a resident of village Bhikhi. Giving information about this accident, SHO Payal Kuljinder Singh Grewal said that both the injured have been taken to the hospital. The car is badly damaged. After regaining consciousness of the injured, their statements will be recorded.
