Protein Rich Chilla Recipe
To make protein rich cheela, first take out the leftover dal of the night in a big utensil. After this, cut finely pieces of green onions, green chillies and green coriander leaves and put them in the vessel containing lentils and mix them. After this, put 2 bowls of gram flour in the lentils and mix it well. The mixture will turn wet because of the pulses. Now add water little by little as per the requirement in the mixture and prepare a thin batter of cheela.

Now put a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, put one or two spoons of oil on it and spread it all around. Now take cheela batter in a bowl and spread it in a circular motion by pouring it on the griddle. After this, roast the cheela for some time and pour oil around the edges. After roasting for a few seconds, flip the cheela and apply oil on the other side and roast till the cheela becomes golden and crispy. After this take it out in a plate. Similarly prepare cheelas from all the batter. Healthy protein rich cheela is ready for breakfast. Serve it with chutney.
