In this regard, DGP Dilbagh Singh said that for the first time we have recovered the perfume IED used in the blast. The terrorist named Arif involved in the Narwal blast has already been arrested. He hails from Riasi, who was associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba’s handlers across the border for the past 3 years. Terrorist Arif is responsible for many recent terrorist incidents.

The DGP said that a perfume IED is just like a perfume bottle. The IED will explode if someone even tries to press or open it. He said that this type of IED has been found for the first time. So we have become very cautious. Now our special team will handle this IED. He said that terrorist Arif is a government school teacher. The DGP of Jammu and Kashmir claimed that the explosion in the Katra bus was also done by him.
