This restaurant is owned by Shripad Kulkarni of Indian origin. Kulkarni said that the thali has been specially prepared on the demands of the Indian community living in New Jersey.
Giving information about the thali, he said that the thali has khichdi, rasgulla, mustard greens, kashmiri dum aloo, idli, dhokla, butter, papad etc.
Members of the Indian-American community say they are excited to welcome PM Modi. A person said that India was known as a developing country, but everything has changed in the last 10 years, thanks a lot to PM Modi.
The special thing is that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will become the first Indian Prime Minister to address a joint session of the US Congress for the second time. PM Modi has a huge fan following not only in India but also abroad.
It may be mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit America from June 21 to 24. He has been invited by US President Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden for an official dinner. State dinners are considered the pinnacle of American protocol.
The White House has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the US will be an opportunity to reaffirm the deep and close partnership between the US and India.
