The government conducted a high-level investigation
Earlier, the Punjab government has also conducted a high level investigation into the matter. Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann had himself directed the investigation. He had instructed the people of Punjab to recover billions of rupees looted by selling the property of Pearls Company. Even 9 months ago, he had given information about this, about 10 lakh people in Punjab were cheated by Pearls group.
The government will auction the property
The Punjab government had asked to help the Loda Committee formed by the Supreme Court in this matter. Under which the investors’ money will be returned by selling the property of Pearls Group. It is to be noted that one and a half lakh investors approached the Loda Committee. After this, the committee has asked the Punjab government to auction the property of Pearls Group.
It is alleged by Pearls Group that they made investments in property from about 5 crore 50 thousand people of the country and earned 60 thousand crores, but the money was usurped by the company by giving fake allotment letters to the investors.
