38-year-old Harvinder Singh Johal, a resident of Mohali, has secured the first rank in the Delhi Higher Judicial Services Main Exam 2024. Elected as an Additional District and Sessions Judge in NCT of Delhi.
He completed his schooling from Chandigarh and graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UIPS Institute in 2008. MBA from University Business School, Punjab University Chandigarh in the year 2009-10.
