The murder case of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala was heard in Mansa court on Wednesday. Meanwhile, 21 accused were presented through video conferencing. While gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, Sarj Singh and Deepak Tinu were not produced in the court. The next hearing of this case will now be held on September 20.
Sidhu Moosewala murder case lawyer Satinderpal Singh Mittal said that Lawrence Bishnoi was taken to Gujarat’s Sabarmati Jail in a case, due to which he could not be produced. Jaggu Bhagwanpuria has been remanded by the Kurukshetra police. Sarj Singh and Deepak Tinu could not appear due to technical problems.
He said that today Sidhu Moosewala’s father also came to appear in this case but he went back because the accused did not appear. He said that he has full confidence in the judiciary. Sidhu Moosewala’s parents will surely get justice.
It is worth mentioning that last year on May 29, day and night Village Jawaharke Sidhu Moosewala was murdered in But the hearing of this matter has not yet started properly. The main reason behind this is the difficulty in physically presenting all the accused in the court. The police had requested the court that it is very difficult to present all the 29 accused in the court together. After which the court ordered to present all the accused through video conference.
Parents pleading for justice
Sidhu Moosewala’s parents are constantly pleading for justice for their son. the father Balkaur Singh And Mata Charan Kaur has also started protesting outside the Vidhan Sabha demanding justice. They allege that the governments are not at all serious about this matter.
