He said that the situation in Punjab is continuously deteriorating. Murders are happening in broad daylight. A ransom is being demanded. If Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann makes even a little effort, the situation in Punjab can change.
Forced to stumble from house to house
Balkaur Singh said that the gangster Lawrence, who killed Sidhu Moosewala, had given a video interview to a TV channel while sitting inside the Punjab jail. But the Punjab government did not take any action. Now the Punjab and Haryana High Court has taken notice and issued a notice to the government, his family welcomes it. The work that should have been done by the government is now being done by the court.
He said that he has been forced to face all possible obstacles for one and a half years to get the killers of his son punished.
