School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains has started a tour of the state to make him aware of the ground reality of government schools in the state. The tour is being started from Fazilka district today and will continue till the month of April.

Ferozepur on 5 April, Ropar and Mohali on 6 April, Amritsar on 7 and 8 April, Tarn Taran, Kapurthala, Bathinda, Sri Muktsar Sahib on 12 and 13 April, Jalandhar on 13 April, Fatehgarh Sahib on 17 April, 20, 21 and 22 They will inspect schools in Patiala, Ludhiana, Malerkotla, Faridkot, Moga and Barnala on April 24, Sangrur and Mansa on April 27, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Pathankot and Gurdaspur on April 27, 28 and 29.

During this visit, Bains will get information about new admissions, books, uniforms and the basic structure of the schools. Giving information about his visit, Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that according to the instructions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, a policy can be made to improve the school education department by understanding its land requirement, for which this visit is very important.
He said that the government led by Bhagwant Mann has promised to provide good education to the people of Punjab, which they will leave no stone unturned to fulfill.
