That is, do not try such a new thing, which is afraid of being allergic.

2 Healthy Liquid

Childbirth is one of the most difficult phases of life, for this you need to be prepared and hydrated. Your partner may have to run around a lot in the hospital. So pack a bottle of coconut water as well as electrolyte tabs or droppers that you can easily mix with water.

Hospitals can be cold and you will need slippers if you want to walk, and you will definitely need slippers for a post-delivery shower.

5 A Nursing Bra And Breast Pads

Breast pads will keep you comfortable and protect you from leakage. While nursing bra will help you to feed the baby comfortably. You should have several sets of these two things. You will need both these things while breastfeeding.

6 Personal Things

Make a separate pouch for personal items. Keep shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste, an extra brush, deodorant and soap in it. After delivery, you will not need to do a lot of makeup, still keep essential things like coconut oil, moisturizer. Apart from this, combs, rubber bands and scarves for the head can also be kept in it.

7 sanitary pads

Heavy bleeding may occur for a few days after delivery. That’s why the hospital provides you with thick pads. If you want a thinner pad, bring one from home in your birth bag. Dr. Ritu advises that you should avoid using tampons for some time after delivery.

8 baby stuff

Usually hospitals provide diapers, caps and a blanket for the baby after delivery. But if you want, you can also take a baby set of your choice with you.
