The Khalistan Liberation Force has ordered the attachment of the property of an accused named in the international drug trafficker and narco-terrorist network. The 24 kanal 14 marle property of Virinder Singh Chahal, the main accused of heroin and drug money, in village Devidaspura, district Amritsar, is to be attached.
































A National Investigation Agency (NIA) special court in Mohali has ordered the attachment of assets of an accused named in the international drug trafficking and narco-terrorist network of the Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF). According to these orders, the 24 kanal 14 marla property of Virinder Singh Chahal, the main accused of heroin and drug money of 2019, in village Devidaspura, district Amritsar, is to be attached.

NIA officials said that the investigation into the case was initiated on the basis of the FIR registered on May 31, 2019. In this, a youth named Jagbir Singh Samra was arrested along with 500 grams of heroin and drug money worth Rs. 1.20 lakh. The names of Virender Chahal and Harpreet Singh alias Happy also came up in the investigation.

Investigation revealed that Virender Chahal was also a close associate of Jasmeet Singh Hakeemzada, an international Dubai-based drug trafficker and money launderer, and Pakistan-based autonomous head of the KLF, Harmeet Singh alias Ph.D.

Collected heroin from Kashmiri drug dealers

Investigation revealed that Virinder Singh Chahal was part of the KLF narco-terror module, which collected heroin consignments from Kashmiri drug dealers on the instructions of smuggler Hakeemzada and Ph.D. The narco-terror network of the banned terrorist organization KLF was being run by these terrorists through drug smugglers based in India.

The NIA investigation in the case revealed that the narcotics network promoted by Hakimzada and PhD was extensive and included drug traffickers/terrorist operators and hawala operators based in Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and Delhi.
