Khanna police arrested 4 members of the gang along with fake currency

In Ludhiana, Khanna police have arrested 4 people on the charge of producing fake currency and supplying it in the market. The police have also recovered fake currency worth 15 lakh 5 thousand rupees from the accused. The police nabbed the miscreants before the accused brought this currency to the market. It is being told that this whole racket was running from Rajasthan.

SSP Amanit Kondal said that CIA staff Inspector Hardeep Singh and Thana Sadar were patrolling. Officials were present in Alor village to investigate the suspects. During the blockade, the police stopped the youth for checking. When the police searched a young man, currency notes of Rs 500 were recovered from his pocket. After this, when the second youth was searched, 200 rupees currency notes were recovered from him. The serial numbers of these notes were identical.

A total of Rs 67 thousand 500 notes have been recovered from the above two accused. The youth told the police that they were Kamaljit Singh, a resident of village Ranwan, Tehsil Samrala, and Hari Bhardwaj, a resident of Bus Stand Machhiwara. During the interrogation, it was revealed that fake currency business was being run from Rajasthan. The police arrested Manoj Kumar alias Vijay from Rajasthan in a raid on April 15.

Because the accused was brought from another state, permission was obtained from the court. 14,20,000 was also recovered by the police from Ajmer, Rajasthan on April 16 from Manoj Kumar alias Vijay and his accomplice Madan Lal. In the case of making fake notes, the police have also recovered a laptop, printer and blank paper from the accused. The police also recovered another fake currency of Rs 17,500 from the accused. Plain page printed notes have also been recovered from the accused.

A total of Rs 15,05,000 worth of fake currency has been recovered from the accused so far. According to the information, a total of 5 cases are registered against the accused Manoj Kumar alias Vijay. On the other hand, a case is also registered against Madan Lal in Rajasthan. The police will present the accused in the court today and obtain remand to find out where the accused were going to supply these notes.
