Congress MLA from Bhulath area of Kapurthala Sukhpal Singh Khaira (Sukhpal Singh Khaira) did not get relief from the court even on Monday. Sukhpal Khaira will now celebrate Diwali in jail instead of at home. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has now postponed the decision in the bail case of Sukhpal Khaira till November 14.
Let us tell you that on the previous date, the public prosecutor had asked for time saying that important and necessary documents have been found. And the court has ordered to produce the documents on November 6. Jasmeet Singh, who is close to Sukhpal Singh Khaira, said that the AG did not appear today, so the court has asked to hold the next hearing on November 14.
Khaira has sought bail from the High Court in this case. In which they have not got any relief yet. Along with this, Khaira has filed another petition in the High Court saying that the government can register a new case against him. Therefore, they have demanded in this petition that if any new case is registered against them, no action should be taken against them.
On September 28, the police arrested him from his house

He had said that because I opposed CM Bhagwant Mann, this action has been taken against me.
Decision on bail on November 14
