FIR was registered on the complaint of illegal possession
It is being told that Gendan Lal Dixit of Madauli village had complained against Krishna Gopal Dixit of the village itself for building a house by occupying the land of the village society. Krishna Gopal told that on January 13, on the instructions of SDM Matha, the revenue team demolished the house with JCB. On the same day, when the victim’s family reached Mati headquarters to protest, SDM Matha and ADM administration threatened and chased the family away. The case was also registered the next day. He returned and started living at the old place with a shed.
Tragic accident happened during removal of possession

Due to this, angry people created a lot of ruckus and attacked Lekhpal Ashok Singh and injured him. Seeing the displeasure of the local people, the team ran away from there and saved their lives. At the same time, on the information of the incident, the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police along with the force reached the spot. Angry people are not allowing the dead body to be raised while creating ruckus demanding registration of FIR against the administration and police officers. ADG and Police Commissioner also reached the spot.
Allegations of collusion on Lekhpal and station in-charge
The victim’s family alleges that a youth named Gaurav Dixit of the village works in Delhi. He is in touch with Lekhpal and Rura police station in-charge. He along with these people did the work of demolishing the hut by giving money. Killed daughter and wife. According to the Superintendent of Police, while removing the encroachment, the woman locked herself in the house and set it on fire. After this, the woman and daughter died in the accident.
According to ADG Alok Singh, on getting information about the matter, the spot was immediately inspected and talks were held with the relatives of the deceased woman. He has spoken of strict action against the culprits by conducting a fair investigation.
