A heartwarming case has come to light in Ropar. Where a lawyer’s son crossed all boundaries and brutally beat his mother. The lawyer along with his wife and minor son used to beat the elderly mother badly.
This was revealed when the daughter of the elderly mother came to visit her recently and she had some doubts. Somehow he got access to the CCTV cameras installed in the house. After this, I contacted a society called Humanity’s Seva Sargah Seva by recording the video.
The society rescued the old man along with the local police of Ropar. The police registered a case against the accused lawyer Ankur Verma and arrested him. Apart from Ankur Verma, a case was also registered against his wife Sudha Verma and minor son. On the other hand, Ropar Bar Association also canceled his membership. The police produced him in the court today, from where he was sent to police remand for a day.
