Kabaddi player Committed Suicide: A national level Kabaddi player committed suicide by hanging himself in Abohar, Punjab. The deceased was posted as a commando in the Chief Minister’s House. It is being told that he was mentally disturbed. Due to which he took this heartbreaking step.

On receiving the information, the police of Thana City Forest reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it to the morgue for post-mortem. According to information, 30-year-old Karma Singh, son of Sukhdev Singh, resident of Sitaram Colony, Abohar, was posted in the security department at CM House, Chandigarh.

According to available information, on March 27, Karam Singh had come on leave due to the marriage of a friend of his. Last night he committed suicide by hanging himself in the room. His wife Rajwant Kaur said that he was sleeping in the room at night.

The wife saw the body hanging in the room

When she woke up at around 3 am, her husband was not in the bed. He went to the nearby room and saw the body hanging from a noose. On which he raised his family members. His brother-in-law Simar informed the police.

As soon as the information was received, ASI Bahadur Chand of Police Station City Forest reached the spot and took possession of the body and kept it in the hospital mortuary. The deceased’s wife said that he was mentally disturbed for the last few days.

Let it be said that the deceased Karam Singh was a national level Kabaddi player. Who had won many prizes by participating in Punjab and National level sports. His name was very popular among Kabaddi players. The deceased has left behind a 5-year-old child.
