The Punjab government, giving a big relief to the people of the state, now held a meeting with the officers to eliminate the condition of NOC from all kinds of registries and discussed in detail to end the hassles caused to the people due to NOC…

CM Mann has made it clear that illegal colonies will not be allowed to be built in the state in future. He said that the government has started a color coding stamp paper system and the colonizer will have to get a red stamp paper to build a colony.

This stamp paper will be issued only when the applicant gets all the approvals including sewage, fire, electricity and pollution. In such a situation, people will not face any difficulties in future. He said that people who had earlier bought plots in illegal colonies would not have to face any trouble now, as the condition of NOC for such old colonies was being abolished.

CM Mann said that the government will not allow illegal colonies to be cut. He said that people have to make several rounds of offices for their work but their work is not done. This phenomenon has been abolished from today. Under this scheme started in village Bhankharpur, people will get 45 facilities sitting at home. Daily camps will be held in the sub-divisions.
