Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann held the first meeting with the new batch of three Indian Police Services (IPS) Probationary Officers of the 2021 batch of the Punjab cadre, who recently completed their initial training.
Probationary officers including Akarshi Jain, Jayant Puri and Dr Vineet Ahlawat met the Punjab Chief Minister here on Monday.
The Chief Minister welcomed the young officials in Punjab and asked them to perform their duties with full honesty and diligence. He also appealed to create a modern and highly efficient policing ecosystem working for the betterment of the state.
S. Mann asked the said officials to work diligently to understand the problems faced by the people at the ground level and to suggest their solutions.
