Some youth attacked a house in Jalandhar. According to information, youths also fired at the family in Ravidas Nagar of Maqsood area of Jalandhar. The father and son were injured due to the bullet. After which the miscreants escaped from there.
According to the information received, Nitin and his father Satnam were having dinner with the family in street number one of Ravidas Nagar. During which a person named Gora entered his house along with his companions. He entered the house and pointed the pistol at Nitin.
As soon as Satnam tried to grab the pistol, they opened fire, out of which one bullet hit Satnam’s stomach, while the other bullet hit his hand. One of the bullets hit the forehead of Satnam Putt Nitin. After firing the shots, the accused escaped. The injured Satnam and his son Nitin have been admitted to the Civil Hospital. On the spot, Jatinder Kumar, in-charge of police station 1, reached the spot along with his team and joined the investigation.
