After this, the Governor has also written a letter to the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, in which he has sought answers on 4 points including the decision to send the principals to Singapore.
Chief Minister Mann responded to the Governor’s letter on Twitter and wrote, “Honorable Governor Sahib, your letter was received through the media.. Whatever subjects you wrote in the letter are all state subjects… Me and my government as per the constitution 3 crores Answerable to the Punjabis and not to any governor appointed by the central government, consider this my answer…”
Through a letter, the governor has given 15 days time to reply to the Hon’ble government on its decisions. The Governor has accused the Hon’ble government of not even responding to his first 4 letters. It has also been said to seek legal advice in case the Governor does not respond to the letter.
