Gas is formed after eating food, then remove it like this

1. Fennel water is better for digestion-

Fennel is kept for eating in every hotel, restaurant and dhaba. Which is consumed after eating food. Chewing fennel is very beneficial for the stomach. It also helps in reducing the problem of gas along with abdominal bloating. When excessive gas is being produced in the stomach, boil a pinch of asafoetida, a small piece of ginger, a pinch of rock salt and aniseed in water and drink it after filtering. At the same time, coriander, fennel and cumin can be mixed and drunk with hot water. Consuming this will give instant relief from the gas produced in the stomach.


2. Ginger and mint tea will reduce stomach gas
