World Punjabi Organization: Vishwa Punjabi Organization Chandigarh Chapter under the leadership of its International President Rajya Sabha Member Vikramjit Sahni organized the annual program in Mohali and felicitated various Punjabi industrialists and Punjabi film artists.
On this occasion, Banwari Purahit Governor Punjab, Kultar Singh Sandhwa Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Meet Hare Sports Minister Punjab and Anmol Gun Minister Punjab have given prizes to industrialists and artists. Where AS Mittal, Kamal Oswal, Pushpawinder Jeet Singh, Sukhwant Singh, Sudhir Goyal were honored as the best industrialists of Punjab. Sufi singer and Padma Shri awardee Falt Hans Raj Hans Member of Parliament, Oscar Award Film Producer Guneet Maunga, Actors Gulshan Gowar, Richachada, Binnu Dhillon, Mukesh Rishi, Varun Sharma, Aparshakti Khushi, Jessie Gill, Babbal Roy, Diljot and Tania Punjabi Media He was honored by the World Punjabi Organization for his contribution. Similarly, Miss Universe Harnaj Kaur Sandhu, Nimrat Kahalan fashion designer, Punjab cricketer Shubham Gill were also honoured.
Meanwhile, Governor of Punjab Banwari Lal Purohit appreciated the role of Vishwa Punjabi for giving recognition and respect to the people of Punjab in various organizations.
Welcoming the guests, WPO International President Vikramjit Sahni thanked the dignitaries for participating in the event and giving their valuable time. He said that Punjabis are settled all over the world and they have established milestones in their respective fields.
Vishwa Punjabi will continue its efforts to honor and give recognition to various Punjabi talents across the world. We get great satisfaction when we see our Punjabis doing miracles in their fields. It is our responsibility to support economically weaker Punjabis as well.
On this occasion, Chandigarh Chapter World Punjabi Organization President Rupinder Sachdeva and WPO Secretary Karan Gilhotra also addressed the gathering.
