Jowar – 50 grams, Millet – 50 grams, Bay leaf – 15 grams, Ginger – 5 grams, Garlic – 5 buds, Cinnamon – a little, Green chili – 3, Ghee – 10 grams or one tablespoon, Green peas – one cup , Onion – half cup, Cashew – 5, Coriander and mint leaves – to taste, Papad – 1, Curd – one cup, Salt, Black pepper whole – one teaspoon, Cumin – one teaspoon, Coriander powder – half teaspoon, Cloves – two-four, Asafoetida – a pinch

In addition to garam masala, lemon – one, Veg Micro Green Mix – 4 grams, green cardamom – 5 grams, few pomegranate seeds, turmeric powder and red chili powder as needed.

Prepare Bajra Matar Ki Tehri in this way

  5. Add chopped onions (barista/fried onions) and green peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala powder. cook for 2 minutes
  7. Add the onion tomato masala and mix well.
  8. Add whisked curd on low flame, it should not curdle.
  9. Add jowar, bajra and after that add some hot water and add salt. Add chopped mint and coriander and cover and cook for some time.
  10. Serve hot with 1 roasted papad and raita.
  11. Garnish it with mint sprigs, micro greens and lemon wedges
  12. Sprinkle curd randomly around the Tehri.
