How to make Beetroot Oats Dosa

Step 1 – Peel the beetroot and cut it into 5 to 6 pieces.
Step 2 – Now take a blending jar, add roasted oats, semolina, beetroot, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, add some water to it and blend it well to make a smooth paste.
Step 3 – Keep in mind that the consistency of the paste should not be too thin or too thick.
Step 4 – To make it fluffy add a pinch of baking soda and whisk it well.
Step – 5 Let the nonstick pan heat on medium heat. After the pan is hot, apply a little ghee on it and sprinkle water and wipe it with a cotton cloth to make the pan smooth.
Step – 6 Now pour the prepared batter on the pan and spread it all around. Let it cook well. If cooked from one side, turn it over and cook from the other side for a while.
