As soon as the minister arrived, the family members of a patient became angry over the filth spread in the hospital. After which the employees calmed him down.

Minister Balbir said that it is the great negligence of the hospital staff that a few days ago a patient died due to falling from the ward’s stretcher. Show cause notices have also been issued to some people. The government will not tolerate negligence towards patients.

The minister said that the investigation will continue

Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh said that in the coming days, continuous unannounced inspections will be conducted. Now the hospital will not work as before. All the staff and doctors have been instructed to provide every facility to the patients on priority basis.

The problem is due to lack of staff

Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh said that patients are facing problems due to lack of staff. Staff are being recruited in the near future. The staff has also been significantly increased. Specialists in various diseases are being made doctors. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) will be made in the hospital so that there is no negligence in the care of the patients.

The hospital will be upgraded

The hospital will be upgraded. 1800 posts have been signed. Which includes staff naram, ward boy and doctor. Soon people will be given relief by making new appointments.

A month’s time is sought to hear the problems

The minister said that he has heard and seen the problems of the patients in the hospital today. He has asked the people for one month’s time. He will visit the hospital again after a month. Every effort will be made to solve every problem quickly.

The patients expressed anger

On the other hand, family members of other patients expressed their anger towards the hospital. The relative who came with the patient said that due to the heat in the wards, the patients are in a bad condition. There is no water to drink. The wards are smelling of dirt. The health department needs to pay attention to this. Today, they are taking the patient to another hospital because of the filth spread in the hospital.
