Sunday proved to be the highest grossing Sunday for Hindi cinema so far. Gadar 2, OMG 2 and Rakhi Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani have together made a business of 72 crores. In which Gadar 2 alone has collected 52 crores, OMG 2 17.55 crores and Rocky and Rani di Prem Kahani 3.50 crores.
135 crore first weekend of Gadar 2
First, Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 collected 52 crores on Sunday. Along with this, it collected a total of 135 crores in the opening weekend. It has become Sunny Deol’s highest grossing film so far.
43 crore collection of ‘OMG 2’
Akshay Kumar starrer ‘OMG 2’ is earning well despite being mired in controversies. The film collected Rs 17.55 crore on Sunday. Along with this, the opening weekend of the film has been 43 crores. While Rajinikanth’s film Jailer has earned 150 crores in India. On the other hand, megastar Chiranjeevi earned 20 crores in the first weekend. Rakhi Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani is seen doing well in the third week, the Ranbir Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer has earned a total of 130 crores so far.
