Punjab Congress Vice President and former Faridkot MLA Kushaldeep Singh Dhillon alias Kiki Dhillon will be produced in court today. His 5-day remand is ending today. Vigilance will produce him in Faridkot court in the afternoon. He is accused of having assets beyond his income.
Let us tell you that Dhillon was arrested by the vigilance on May 16, Tuesday. He was called to the SSP Vigilance office in Ferozepur for questioning. He was arrested there. After this, the vigilance team conducted a search operation at the residence of former MLA Dhillon located on the Faridkot-Kotakpura main road.
After vigilance investigation, apart from Dhillon, a corruption case has been registered against Gursevak Singh, resident of village Dhanna, district Faridkot and Rajwinder Singh, resident of village Nanaksar Shaheed, district Ferozepur. After the arrest, Dhillon was produced by the vigilance in the court of Magistrate Damandeep Kamal Hira.
