Satyendar Jain admitted in Safdarjung Hospital: Former health minister of Delhi Satyendra Jain, who is in jail, has deteriorated. Satyendra Jain has been taken to Delhi’s Safdarganj Hospital. It is being told that when Satyendra Jain complained of ill health, he was taken to the hospital.

Satyendra Jain lost 35 kg weight

Last week, the Supreme Court issued a notice on Satyendra Jain’s bail plea in the money laundering case. Senior advocate representing Satyendra Jain A.M. Singhvi had said that his client had a lot of health problems, he had lost 35 kg and now he is weak.

The Supreme Court has issued a notice on Satyendra Jain’s petition. The Supreme Court also gave liberty to Satyendra Jain to approach the vacation bench of the court for immediate listing of his plea against the Delhi High Court’s decision denying him bail.

In April 2023 this year, the Delhi High Court rejected the bail plea of Satyendra Jain and two of his associates in a money laundering case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Satyendra Jain has been in custody since 30 May 2023 last year. The trial court had rejected Satyendra Jain’s bail application on 17 November 2022.
