Lucknow: On Thursday, the SC-ST court has given a major verdict in the Hathras incident. The court has acquitted three accused in this case. The court has found only one Sandeep Thakur guilty out of the 4 accused. who is the main accused. While 3 accused have been acquitted. The local court acquitted the accused Ravi, Ramu and Luv Kush. The main accused Sandeep has been convicted under section 304 of the IPC and the SC/ST Act. After the court’s decision, the victim’s lawyer has said that he will go to the High Court against the decision.

It is being told that the punishment can be announced in the court this afternoon itself. The court has held Sandeep guilty of culpable homicide not amounting to murder and the SC-ST Act. Whereas the other three have got relief. The special thing in this case is that none of the four accused was found guilty of gangrape. In this case only Sandeep has been convicted under section 304 of IPC and SC/ST Act.
