The Chandigarh Police has registered a case under sections 341, 323 and 506 of the IPC against Udaivir Singh Randhawa, son of former Deputy CM of Punjab Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, in the case of quarreling in the five star hotel of the city.
It has also come to light that a cross case has also been registered against Nirveer Singh Gill, a student of Punjab University who was injured in the case.
