Speaking on the occasion through online mode, Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that BCL-AICTE Idea Lab will prove to be a boon for the students of Punjab and North India. He said that the main objective of Idea Lab is to give students an opportunity to innovate and excel in the field of science, technology, mathematics and engineering so that they can develop their new ideas and experiences in different fields.
He said that having the first such lab in Punjab is a matter of pride for the entire Punjab and Malwa region. On this occasion, the Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Jai Krishna Rodi, BCL Industries Ltd. While appreciating this unique initiative, he said that this lab will help to complete the new ideas thought by the youth. Appreciating the efforts being made by this university, he said that this university is not behind in any way to produce good citizens in the field of education. He said that this lab will prove to be a milestone in providing better opportunities to the students to progress further in life.
After the function, the Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha Jai Krishna Rodi talking to the media said that this university will play a big role in fulfilling the ideas of the students. In response to the question, he said that instead of going abroad, the children would prefer to stay in the land of Punjab to complete new ideas. Meanwhile, he visited the idea lab and took stock and encouraged the students.
