The difficulties of Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira from Bhulath area of Kapurthala are not reducing. During the hearing held on Monday in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Sukhpal Khaira could not get relief. After the arguments between the lawyers of both parties during today’s hearing, the court reserved the decision till November 2. Jasmeet Singh, who is close to MLA Sukhpal Singh, said that there was an argument between Khaira’s lawyer, Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhary, and the public prosecutor. After which the Hon’ble High Court has reserved the decision and set the next date as November 2. They hope that Khaira will get bail on November 2.
The arrest was made in the NDPS case
Let us tell you that Congress MLA Sukhpal Khaira was arrested by the Jalalabad Police from his residence in Chandigarh on September 28 in an old NDPS case of 2015. Sukhpal Singh Khaira and Congress leaders called this arrest an act of revenge.
Before his arrest, Sukhpal Singh Khaira had said live that there is jungle rule and revenge rule in Punjab. Because I opposed CM Bhagwant Mann, this action has been taken against me.

Sukhpal Singh Khaira filed an application for bail in the Hon’ble Court. The hearing was held today and after the arguments of both the parties, the honorable court has reserved the decision and has given the date of November 2.
