The problems of sacked AIG Rajjit Singh of Punjab Police are increasing continuously. The special court of Mohali has today declared him a fugitive in the drug trafficking case.
He has been out of police custody for a long time. The STF and the Punjab Police have failed to trace AIG Rajjit Singh, who was dismissed from his job and registered under serious sections of the IPC in the drug case of Punjab worth thousands of crores of rupees.
An arrest warrant has been issued by the Mohali District Court for the arrest of the accused to the STF. By May 18, the accused was to be arrested and produced in court. But there is no trace of Rajjit yet.
It may be mentioned that cases were registered against Rajjit by STF and Vigilance Bureau. After which the STF is conducting continuous raids to catch the accused Rajjit. Rajjit’s house is locked.
