Ashwani Sharma said that Ludhiana (North) MLA Madan Lal Baga, Ludhiana (East) MLA Daljit Singh Bhola, Gurpreet Singh Gogi, Amritsar West MLA Jasbir Singh Sandhu, Baba Bakala MLA Dalbir Singh Tong, Markfed President Sham Sunder. And many other ‘AAP’ leaders and activists are involved in illegal activities such as campaigning at all the booths, distributing money and liquor in violation of the election code while staying in Jalandhar. Sharma demanded that an FIR be registered against Aam Aadmi Party MLAs, leaders and workers for violating the Model Election Code, Indian Penal Code, Public Act, 1950 and other related acts and legal action be taken against them. The membership of these MLAs should be revoked from the Legislative Assembly, as all the above are illegally residing in the constituency and distributing money, occupying booths, illegally campaigning, creating pressure, threatening the residents of the area.
