Chetan Singh Jaudamajra and MLA Narinder Pal Singh Sawna discussed about the project of permanent vacancies

Fazilka District MLA Narinder Pal Singh Sawna met with the Minister of Water Resources, Land and Water Conservation Mr. Chetan Singh Jaudamajra and discussed with him the ongoing project to pave the voids in the constituency.

The MLA said on this occasion that he had put it before the Cabinet Minister that the agriculture of this area is mainly based on canal water and therefore more and more permanent ditches should be made. Therefore, the cabinet minister assured that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan is making efforts to provide canal water to the farmers of the state for maximum area. So the demand of the farmers which they have brought will be fulfilled on priority basis.

MLA Mr. Narinder Pal Singh Sawna said that the Cabinet Minister has assured that by completing the ongoing projects of fixed canals in the constituency soon, other projects will be given in more number so that the farmers can get full canal water up to the tails. And our farmers can be prosperous and natural resources can be conserved by reducing dependence on groundwater.

MLA Mr. Narinder Pal Singh Sawna thanked the Cabinet Minister and said that farmers are the top priority for the government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan and farmers will be given more and more permanent and canal water.
