BSP supremo Mayawati has made a big announcement. After an hour and a half meeting on Sunday, Mayawati announced her nephew Akash Anand as her successor. In Lucknow, BSP chief Mayawati called a meeting with officials after the election results of five states including Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Akash Anand also reached the office with Mayawati in his car.
Officials from 28 states participated in this meeting. The officials presented a report on the work done so far regarding the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024. The BSP chief asked the party's national coordinator and state coordinators for a report on the preparations for the Lok Sabha.
