A rocket launcher has been found in Shastri Nagar Sukhna Chow behind Bapudham Sector-26 of Chandigarh. It is being told that it is a 51 mm bomb. As soon as the information was received, the IT Park police station immediately reached the spot. The police have seized the bomb cell. The bomb cavity is covered with sandbags.
According to information, this bomb is only with army personnel. It is said that the shell of the bomb reached here due to the flow of water from the upper hill area in Sukhna Chow. Police say that some children came swimming in the water of Sukhna Chow, they found this bomb shell.
The police picked up the bomb cell and took it over the bridge towards Shastri Nagar. At present it is covered with sacks. An army team will investigate it. Apart from this, the road from Manimajra to Sector-26 and Shastri Nagar bridge has been completely sealed. Till then no one can pass through this road.
