He said that a drama was created by Bhagwant Maan ji by calling a player and asking him for Channi Huran 2 crores. It has been found in RTI that no such issue has reached the Vigilance and no complaint has been made.

When he took 2 lakhs to the nephew of Charanjit Singh Channi, he cursed and said that you do not understand the meaning of 2. 2 means 2 crore rupees. The player told all this to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann during the match in Dharamshala and sought help.
Channi’s reversal
In response to this, former Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi completely dismissed the allegations of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. He said that many players came to me, I have never sent anyone to my nephew. Chief Minister should stop spreading false propaganda against me. He said that CM Mann wants to send me to jail, that’s why there are such allegations, which have no foundation.
Channi had said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is plotting to defame him through player Jasinder Singh. He said that Jasinder Singh could not get a government job from the support quota in any case, because the High Court had already decided against him. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has lured Jasinder Singh with a job and made false allegations to defame me.
