Big relief to Sukhbir Badal from the Supreme Court

Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Badal has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. Giving a big relief to the Akali Dal, the Supreme Court has dismissed the case pending in the Hoshiarpur court in the matter of dual constitution.
Balwant Singh Khera had filed a case in the Hoshiarpur court demanding the cancellation of the recognition of the Akali Dal and had said that the Akali Dal contests religious elections.

Therefore, the copy of the constitution given by it to the Election Commission is a forgery. Now the Supreme Court has dismissed the case pending in the Hoshiarpur court.
