Rahul Gandhi’s case was being heard by a bench headed by Justice BR Gwai. Rahul’s lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi argued in the court that the real surname of the complainant (Purnesh) is not Modi. His original surname is Bhutala. How then can the matter be made? Singhvi also told the court that the people named by Rahul did not file the case. He said, these people say that there are 13 crore people named Modi, but if you look carefully, the problem is only happening to people associated with BJP.
