Chandigarh Police Constable Recruitment 2023: There is good news for thousands of youths who have been waiting for recruitment in Chandigarh Police for a long time. The UT administration has given green signal to the recruitment of 700 constables. Chandigarh Police is going to start constable recruitment process in next one-two days.
This recruitment will be under Central Service Rules. On Saturday, the police department will issue a notification for the recruitment of constables. One month time will be given for online application. A recent meeting with the DGP chaired by the UT advisor has set a target to complete the recruitment process in record time.
Let me tell you that the selected candidates will be sent for training in October. According to the instructions of the central government, the recruitment process of about one thousand police personnel in Chandigarh police will be completed before the general elections of 2024. After 2018, there will be recruitment for constable posts in the police.

Online applications will start from next week.
The first written test will be held at the end of July.
Youth between 18 to 25 years of age will be able to apply.
33 percent posts will be reserved for women.
