With the aim of raising the level of the education system of Punjab, the state government is providing training to school principals and other teachers. In this direction, the second batch of teachers will be sent from Punjab today. This teacher will leave for IIM Ahmedabad.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will flag off the bus of the second batch of school teachers. Meanwhile, School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains will also be present. After interacting with all the teachers, Chief Minister Mann will also inform them about the benefits of training. The Punjab government also sent 50 school heads of the state to IIM Ahmedabad for special training on July 29 last month.

Earlier, Punjab Education Minister Bains has said that IIM Ahmedabad is famous for management training in the world. This is the reason why the Punjab government has decided to give special training to the head teachers of government schools in the state. While before this, the state government has trained 138 school principals of four different batches from the famous Principal Academy of Singapore.

Another batch of 50 Head Masters of Government Schools of Punjab will depart today for training at IIM Ahmedabad.

PTI, DPI and Yoga teachers will be recruited
Punjab government will soon recruit PTI, DPI and Yoga teacher. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has also confirmed this. He said that work is being done for every area.

Principal sent to Singapore Principal Academy
The Punjab government has given training to the principals of the schools in the state from the famous principal academy in Singapore to teach them the methods and management of teaching. Two batches of 36 principals each were sent for training to a total of 72 school principals in this link, who have returned after receiving training from July 24 to July 28.

Changing teaching and learning methods
CM Punjab Bhagwant Mann said that be it new ways of teaching or taking ISRO to show the live launch of Chandrayaan-3 to the students of government schools in Punjab, conducting vocational camps or involving students in other activities during vacations. The Punjab government is all set to make comprehensive reforms in the education system.
